Any disputes related to MPAL tokens, token acquisition flows, integration with third parties, or use of the MyPal4Life platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration, and all parties agree to this method as the sole remedy.

• Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration body

• Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration

• Users must file claims within one year of the event giving rise to the dispute

• Each party bears their own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator

• Arbitration decisions are final and binding on all parties

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Mexico, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

MPAL is a utility token used solely inside the MyPal4Life ecosystem for accessing features, governance, and rewards.

MPAL does not represent equity or ownership, provides no right to profits or dividends, and is not intended for investment.

Any acquisition or exchange of MPAL that occurs through integrated third-party providers (such as Rango or Onramper) is executed independently by those external services, not by MyPal4Life. MyPal4Life does not operate an exchange, does not execute trades, and does not provide or promote speculative trading.

Third-Party Marketplace Interactions:

• MyPal4Life does not endorse or promote any third-party marketplace or exchange.

• Users access MPAL through third-party liquidity and interfaces at their own risk.

• MyPal4Life does not guarantee availability, fairness, or performance of any third-party provider.

Token Risk: Acquiring MPAL carries risk, including the potential loss of the entire amount. There is no guarantee of liquidity, price stability, or future value. Users should only acquire MPAL for utility purposes and should not expect any financial return.

The laws regarding digital assets, tokens, and blockchain technology are evolving and vary by jurisdiction. MyPal4Life makes no representation that the Services comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform and MPAL tokens complies with applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the inherent regulatory uncertainty surrounding digital assets and agree that MyPal4Life shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Services in jurisdictions where such use may be restricted or prohibited.
