MyPal4Life – Request Account Deletion

This is the official account deletion request page for the MyPal4Life app. Follow the steps below to request permanent deletion of your account and data.

How to Request Account Deletion

Cancel any active subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) before requesting account deletion.

Submit a deletion request

Complete the form below with your registered email address and confirm that you want your account deleted.

Receive confirmation email

We will send a confirmation email to your registered address acknowledging your request.

Account deletion processed

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

Data We Will Delete

  • Account profile (name, username, email, avatar/profile image URL)
  • Pet profiles (pet name, details, photos)
  • In-app content tied to the account (posts, comments, messages)
  • Device/session identifiers tied to the account

Data We May Retain

  • Transaction/payment records
    Reason: Compliance, tax, and accounting requirements
    Retention: As required by law (typically 7 years)
  • Security logs (IP addresses, device info)
    Reason: Fraud prevention and abuse detection
    Retention: Up to 90 days
  • Backup data
    Reason: Routine backup retention
    Retention: Until backup rotation completes (typically 30–90 days)

Processing Timeline

  • • We process deletion requests within 30 days.
  • • Some records may be retained up to 90 days for legal, security, fraud prevention, and auditing purposes.
